Very unhappy with this place and there dealings
bought a 2011 escape; at the time ford offered a 3k rebate. the internet and store manager said the rebate was 2k. i called them a few hours later and told them i went on ford's site and they said the rebate was 3k . they said they would check and give me credit for the other 1k in the morning when i came in to close the deal. you can't tell me two managers wouldn't know what rebates were availiable by ford. that little move cost them a new car purchase from another dealer in 2016. would not trust them at all.

If you bought or are buying a Ford this is not a dealership you want to have service it. They lack respect and don't honor warranties that are purchased at the time of sale. They act like they don't care about your business. You need them more than they need you attitude. I was in the process of buying a new car and after this experience I will not be purchasing it from this dealership. Went in to talk to sales manager and he was too busy! Place is bad, and this is my first complaint I have ever posted.
