Stay away from there sales department! They offered my 2k less than fair condition kbb pricing! Vehicle is an 9 out of 10 condition and they offer me a complete scam offer! Stay away from these scammers at all costs!

Two weeks into a car purchase of $11,000 it had mechanical issues. I understand that used cars come with certain questionability but 2 weeks in is unacceptable. They had to take it to a GM dealership who fixed the issue. I was also promised a second car key. I asked the GM dealership to cut one while it was there. I go to pick up the car and the GM of Preston would not approve a $30 key. That should have been the least they could do for their customer service. Apparently $30 is too much to keep a customer happy when in just 2 weeks there was already a problem with a car they sold. And to boot I asked the service department to fix the parking light as it was out also. Not Fixed. Very disappointed.

Salesman Nick Rich greeted me....... I told him that I might be interested in a 2013 Lincoln MKZ on his lot.......He proceeded to show me the car and describe it's features...I had a 2004 Mustang Mach 1 that I would like to trade in....Within a few minutes, Don Colucci, who I knew came over and answered additional questions that I had about the MKZ...when all my questions were over, NIck told me that I would be leaving the dealership today in the Lincoln. After a brief negotiation with Don, we agreed on the price. Nick was right. I was the new owner of the MKZ. Nick is a very sharp young man and is a valuable asset to Preston. His knowledge of the car sold me. His personality is superb. A great day for me.

After making an appointment for a recall. Then driving over 20 miles. I was told there was nothing they could do for the recall. It seamed that I was bothering the gentleman I was talking to. I ask why I wasn't told about the fact there was no fix before I drove there. No answer. The entire experience was very non professional. My intention is to buy a new Santa Fe. But it will NOT BE HERE!!!!!

I personally have not bought a car from Preston of Sharon. But any company that hires stand up employees is a good company. About a month an a half about my grandfather passed away and we were in the funeral possession coming from the funeral home down the road. My grandfather served the United States in the Army we he was younger. While we were passing Preston I noticed a gentleman standing at the end of the parking lot saluting the hearse and the rest of the processional. This gentleman who is unknown by myself and my family is a stand up person. I would like to take time to say thank you for his service to our country as he took the time to pay his respects to our family! Thank you!!!!
